Zoomorphic animals on Cornish Celic Crosses

There are only two celtic crosses in Cornwall with zoomorphic animals.
One is at Sancreed, the other at Lanherne, originally from Roseworthy.
Significantly the inscriptions and dates have something else in common:
Roseworthy dates 900-1099 / rear inscription: RU | HOL = read as RUNHOL
Sancreed dates 950-999 or 900-1099 / front inscription RU | NHO = read as RUNHOL ref

Langdon/1896, 365, expands this to RUNHOL due to a possible suspension mark over the O.
Blair, J The Church in Anglo-Saxon Society attributes the carving of Sancreed Cross to Runhol.
They also both figure christ on the crosshead wearing a tunic or simple loincloth.

The figure of Christ is a little shorter in the leg than at Roseworthy, and there are no hands
